Before starting any kind of transaction with the company, the Client may know the general rules of the company that hereby he accepts.

CONTRACT
Introduction

1.  These Terms and Conditions are subject to alterations. Any possible alteration will be displayed to the Client by a pretty visible notice in the web site. Every content published in the web site supposes its acceptance by the Client as an integral part of our regulations.

2.  Only legal age persons can log in the portal and operate in it.

3.  Using "Pokerinvenice" services you can suffer losses of money because of the own bets and the Client accepts to be the only responsible for them.

4.  The Client fully understands the gaming rules and laws of his/her community/legal jurisdiction where he/she lives. The player has the total and unlimited right to join the portal games. 5.  A deposit account is necessary to play with "Pokerinvenice".

6.  The company reserves itself the right to accept or deny the request of opening a deposit count. For this reason it can ask some information to authorised agencies in order to verify the data correctness and reliability.

7.  The withdrawals can be only addressed to the Portal account.

8.  You can get your “Pay in” and “Pay out” only from the Portal. The user can move his funds from the main account of the portal to the sections of Casino, Poker, Portal.

9.  The amount of the transactions depends on the available amounts of your account; if the transactions will be processed erroneously even though the Client has no amount, or not enough funds, they will be cancelled or paid in proportion to the real available amount.

10.  Clients’ funds are put together in a clients’ account that is constantly controlled by the Gaming Authority in Malta.

11.  Only the Client knows his Password and, as a consequence, he is the only one who takes the fully responsability for an its incorrect or fraudulent use. If the Client looses his Password he can contact the Customer Service that will provide him a temporary one by e-mail. Once the Client log in the portal he can change it.

12.  If transactions are processed by third parties who know the Password they will be considered valid.

13.  The Company reserves the right to close a Client Account at any moment without giving any explanation.

Payments

15.  The Client can credit his Account choosing one of the following payment methods:

- Credit Card (VISA and MASTERCARD);

- Prepaid Card (VISA Electron);

- Internet Banking e/o NETeller;

- Bank Wire;

- any other payment method authorized by the Maltese Authority Gaming.

16.  The Client can withdraw money from his Account choosing one of the following methods:

- Bank Wire;

- NETeller;

- Click and Buy

- MoneyBookers

- Top up prepaid card;

- Top up credit card.

17. The  cost of depositing will be entirely debit to Pokerinvenice Ltd, makeing the expetion for all the deposits made throught  Neteller gateway (2%). For all the withdrawals there will apply a 2% commission fee out of the total amount withdrawal instantanely from the player account using indistinctly any  type of gateway. All the pay outs will be worked within 72hours.

18.  Payments by Credit or Debit Cards will be accepted only if the Credit Card Holder is the same Account Client.

19.  In order to "Enable" your Credit Card our Customer Servcice has to register and validate it.

20.  In order to enable your Credit Card, and have the chance to use it for the first time with our Portal, you have to send a copy of your Identity Card or passport and a both sides copy of your Credit Card to our Customer Service. 21.  We will require the data of your Credit Card only once during the Registration Phase.

22.  All the financial transactions processed with Pokerinvenice are processed by Pokerinvenice Ltd., 192, Old Bakery Street, VLT08 Valletta, Malta, owner of this website, and the charge will appear on your statement as poker in venice ltd.

23.  Any mistakes concerning with the bank credits must be quickly notified to the Company that will proceed to the required adjustments in real time.

24.  All the winnings coming from wrong credit will be annulled.

25.  We hardly suggest the Client to not use any memorization function of the password on the browser and to constantly refresh his/her own computer with antivirus, antispy and firewall programs.

26.  Clients cannot ask any information about the identity of some "Poker In Venice" guide’s third parties with whom it can establish the correspondence for the bet offer or acceptance.

27.  It will not be the Company ‘s responsability if the Internet or the browser will not work correctly.

32.  In the Live version the results of the games are read by optical readers; if they will not work well, the game in progress is unchallengeable void.

34.  If a system error occurs while placing a bet, the bet will be considered valid or invalid according to the error occured. If it will be our system to terminate the connection, thus not having validated your bet request, the bet will be considered void.

35.  If there will any lack of conformity between the Live Results, the ones displayed in the window directly in live streaming from the Pokerinvenice, and the ones displayed by the software, the valid result will be the one of the Live Streaming.

36.  Terms and rules above for each game (casino', poker, virtual games) refer to the ones in English  language. Non English customers must refer to the English versions and not to any translated one.
